I have worked the past 10 years for a mid-sized stainless steel manufacturer that specializes in custom tanks and systems for a variety of industries from beer to biodiesel. As the Director of Marketing overseeing a team of…myself, I have done and seen it all: from packing tradeshow booths, stuffing brochures, building our website, to designing and launching national campaigns.

We all have places and people we like to see when we are not behind a computer. Mine include a husband, two children, and an unquenchable thirst for experiencing different countries and cultures. I have created concept designs based on typography I saw in Austria and tribal patterns from Indonesia.
Some start with pencil and paper, some a digital sketchpad, others go straight to pixels. No matter how you start, the end will never be great if you do not first listen to the story behind the brand, ask the right questions, and understand what makes a campaign successful in their eyes. I am a storyteller for brands, working to engage their audience and ultimately excite them to continue their own narrative.
